Standard production lead time is 15-20 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Customized orders usually require 20-30 days, depending on the requested changes.
Do you provide OEM and ODM service?
Yes. YIO Salon Furniture supports OEM and ODM coordination, including product selection, specification confirmation, logo options, custom colors and project-based sourcing support.
How is the product packaged?
Packing method and packing size are confirmed according to the product model and order quantity. Please contact us for detailed packing information before quotation.
How long is the warranty?
The product frame is covered for 3 years, and electrical components are covered for 1 year under normal use. Photos or videos may be requested for issue evaluation, and the applicable solution is confirmed according to the product and reported condition.
Can voltage and plug type be configured for my country?
Yes. Voltage and plug type can be configured according to the destination country and product model. US, EU, UK and AU plug options can be discussed before production.
Can you provide DDP sea shipping with duties included?
DDP sea shipping can be quoted for selected destinations. Please provide the delivery postcode, quantity and product model. The quotation will state whether import duties, taxes and final-mile delivery are included.
Does this product have CE certification?
Certification status is confirmed by product model and configuration. Please request the applicable CE document before ordering; YIO does not apply one model's certificate to a different product.
Is this product suitable for commercial salons and individual buyers?
